Job Listings
1. Accuracy: Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of their job listings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job listing on the Platform.
2. Prohibited Content: Job listings containing unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate content are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any job listing that violates these Terms.
Job Applications
1. Submission: By submitting an application through the Platform, you agree to allow the employer to access and review your application materials, including your resume and cover letter.
2. Communication: We are not responsible for any communication between you and the employer. Any disputes arising from such communication are solely between you and the employer.
By accessing or using Hireinter.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

Job listings and applications
Resume/CV creation and storage
Employer profiles and job posting
Job alerts and notifications
To access certain features, users may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
Harass, abuse, or harm another user.
Employers agree to use the platform solely to post legitimate job opportunities and must not post misleading or fraudulent job ads.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by [Job Portal Name] and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may upload content such as resumes, job postings, and messages. By submitting content, you grant [Job Portal Name] a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the operation of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of High Court.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
Data Retention for Free Registration
The personal data of candidates who opt for Free Registration will be stored on the Hireinter India Pvt Ltd platform for a maximum period of 6 months.
Package-Linked Data Extension
If a candidate with Free Registration activates a Package during this 6-month period, their data will be retained until the respective Package is deactivated.
Job & Location Preference Changes
Once you have submitted your 5 preferred job roles and 5 preferred job locations, any subsequent changes must be requested directly by contacting the Hireinter office.
Daily Usage Limits
Based on the specific services included in your chosen Package, a daily limit will be applied on the number of company contact details you can view and job applications you can submit via the website.
Job Matching Based on Preference
Hireinter India Pvt Ltd searches for job vacancies and forwards suitable opportunities to candidates based on their selected job roles and preferred districts.
Candidate's Responsibility
Upon receiving vacancy details, it is the candidate’s sole responsibility to contact the employer directly and attend interviews as applicable.
Role of Hireinter
Hireinter is responsible for providing access to suitable job opportunities aligned with your preferences. However, accepting or declining a job offer remains the full discretion of the candidate.
Package-Specific Services Only
You are eligible to access only those features and services that are explicitly listed under your activated Package.
Package Deactivation
Your Package will be deactivated upon either the expiry of the subscription period or unavailability of suitable vacancies, whichever occurs first.
Free Registration; Paid Package Activation
Registration with Hireinter India Pvt Ltd is entirely free of cost. Charges apply only for Package Activation. No other hidden fees or service charges will be imposed.
